Shipping
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders over $49. System hardware and Brightcide formula may ship separately, so a single order can produce more than one tracking number. Delivery estimates appear during checkout and can vary by destination and inventory.
60-day happiness guarantee
Try Brightcide for 60 days. If your yard or home isn't noticeably freer of the pests on the label, contact michael@brightcide.com with your order information. Our team will help and, when eligible, issue a refund under the happiness guarantee.
Start a return
Contact us before mailing anything back. We'll confirm whether a return is needed and send the right instructions for your product. Hardware warranty requests may involve troubleshooting or coordination with the hardware partner.
